baked beans (courtesy of the delightful ms. s!)

1 pkg white pea beans Thompsons
soak overnight
boil 10 min until they soften
pour into bean crock
add molasses (1/2 to 3/4 cup per 3 cups beans)
squirt of ketchup
1 tbsp brown sugar
add 1 whole onion
1 tsp dry mustard
salt
bake at 250 for hours for an afternoon
serve with hot tea biscuits
